Serial No. 9.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The press belongs to Ralph Archbold, a Franklin impersonator.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/NOP0pFK7M-g\">Video<\/a> (June 1, 2011.
