Appendix 1: Illustrations ‘The Plateprinter’ by Jan and Caspar Luyken

There are at least 21 different editions printed between 1694 and 1800 that include this illustration. I’ve listed the illustrations in appendix 1.

Appendix 2: Publications ‘The Plateprinter’ by Jan and Caspar Luyken

Appendix 2 lists the publications in which the illustrations appear. As soon as I'm allowed to enter libraries again, I’ll compare and correct this list.

Appendix 3: Rolling press look-alikes

There are several illustrations that show a rolling press but these are not used for printing. A small collection of these ‘Look-alikes’ shows these illustrations.
